Buckingham Palace

The following were received in audience by The King this afternoon and kissed hands upon their appointment as His Majesty's Ambassadors: Mr. Edward Stevens (the Republic of Costa Rica and the Republic of Nicaragua), Mr. Malcolm Green (the Oriental Republic of Uruguay), Mr. Bharat Joshi (the Republic of Angola and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe) and Mr. Patrick Lynch (the Republic of Madagascar and the Union of the Comoros).

Mrs. Stevens, Ms. Nadia Marilina Montoto, Mrs. Joshi and Mrs. Lynch were also received by His Majesty.

Ms. Rebecca Terzeon was received in audience by The King upon her appointment as British High Commissioner to the Republic of Zambia.

The Queen, Patron, Guild of St. Bride, this afternoon was present at a Service at the Church of St. Bride's, Fleet Street, London EC4, to mark the Six Hundredth and Fiftieth Anniversary of the Guild of St. Bride.

Her Majesty, President, this evening held a Recital at St. James's Palace followed by a Reception at Clarence House to mark the Thirtieth Anniversary of the Amber Trust.

The Prince of Wales today carried out the following engagements in Saudi Arabia:

His Royal Highness this morning visited Sports Boulevard, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road, Riyadh.

The Prince of Wales today received a briefing on Saudi Arabia's energy transition from representatives from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, the Arts Tower, Sports Boulevard, Riyadh.

His Royal Highness this afternoon joined a women's football training session at Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City Sports Park, Wadi Hanifah, Riyadh.

The Prince of Wales afterwards participated in an "ESports Tournament" at the Saudi ESports Federation Arena, Boulevard City, Riyadh.

His Royal Highness this evening called upon Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz (Governor of Madinah) at AlUla International Airport.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Chairman, The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation, this morning held a Meeting.

The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh today received the Lord Janvrin (Chairman, The Queen Elizabeth Memorial Committee).

St. James's Palace

The Princess Royal, Member, International Olympic Committee, and President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, today attended the XXV Winter Olympic Games in Cortina, Italy.

Buckingham Palace

The King, Duke of Lancaster this morning arrived at Clitheroe Railway Station and, having been received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire (Mrs. Amanda Parker), met members of the public at the Station.

His Majesty drove to Clitheroe Auction Mart, the Ribblesdale Centre, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, and was received by the Chairman (Mr. Rod Spence), the owner of Michael Hoyle and Company (Mr. Michael Hoyle) and the Mayor of Ribble Valley (Councillor Simon O'Rourke).

The King viewed livestock and met owners, breeders and handlers, before meeting representatives from local agricultural shows and field nurses in the Rural Business Centre, and subsequently other guests in the Parade Ring.

His Majesty this afternoon attended a Reception at Samlesbury Hall, Preston New Road, Samlesbury, for local community heroes, businesses and volunteers from the Hall, and was received by the Chief Executive Officer (Ms. Sharon Jones) and the Mayor of South Ribble Borough Council (Councillor Paul Wharton-Hardman).

The King later visited Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, Wilson Fields Farm, Button Street, Inglewhite, Preston, and was received by the Owner of Butlers Farmhouse (Ms. Gillian Hall) and the Mayor of Preston (Councillor Sue Whittam).

His Majesty participated in cheese grading in the cheese store and viewed cheese-wrapping machinery, before visiting the maturation shed and the cheese cutting room.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales this morning departed from Royal Air Force Northolt for Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness this evening arrived at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh, and was received by His Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (His Excellency Mr. Stephen Hitchen).

The Prince of Wales subsequently was received by Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (Governor of Riyadh) at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh.

His Royal Highness later called upon The Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a tour of At-Turaif, a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage Site.

The Prince of Wales afterwards remained to Dinner with The Crown Prince.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, Brendoncare Foundation, this morning visited Brendoncare Knightwood, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr. Nigel Atkinson).

Her Royal Highness, President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Admiral Laurence, this afternoon visited an Olympic Village hotel, Alpen Resort Bivio, Via Gerus, Livigno.

The Princess Royal, President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon visited Team GB's Nearest and Dearest Area at Hotel Compagnoni, Via Plaza dal Comun, Livigno, Italy.

Her Royal Highness, Member, International Olympic Committee, and President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Admiral Laurence, this evening attended the XXV Winter Olympic Games in Livigno.
