Incoming State Visit by The Amir of the State of Kuwait

THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS ISSUED BY THE PRESS SECRETARY TO THE QUEEN
The Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has accepted an invitation from The Queen to pay a State Visit to the United Kingdom from 27 to 29 November, 2012. His Highness will stay at Windsor Castle.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh paid a State Visit to Kuwait in 1979 (His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the late Amir of the State of Kuwait).
