The Coronation Big Lunch

The Big Lunch is an official part of the Coronation Weekend. Established in 2009, The Big Lunch brings neighbours and communities together to share friendship, food and fun.

Since 2015 Big Lunch organisers have raised an incredible £70 million for good causes. Her Majesty The Queen has been Patron of The Big Lunch since 2013.

The Prince and Princess of Wales attended the Big Lunch in Windsor.

The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh attended a Big Lunch in Cranleigh in Surrey.

At Cranleigh Village Hall, Their Royal Highnesses viewed the Coronation Craft Market, and the High Street where a fun fair will be taking place.

The Duke and Duchess joined residents and representatives from the Royal British Legion, the Scouts and the Guides – of which Her Royal Highness is President – for the Big Coronation Lunch.

The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence attended a community street party in Swindon.
