The Duke of Gloucester, Air Commodore-in-Chief, Royal Auxiliary Air Force, this morning represented The King at the Royal Graduation Ceremony at Royal Air Force College Cranwell, Sleaford, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire (Mr. Toby Dennis).

Balmoral Castle

The King and Queen this morning received members of the Roxburghe Club at Balmoral Castle.

The King held a Council at St. James's Palace at 3.45 p.m..

There were present: the Rt. Hon. Sir Alan Campbell MP, the Rt. Hon. David Lammy MP, the Rt. Hon. Darren Jones MP, the Rt. Hon. Yvette Cooper MP, the Rt. Hon. Shabana Mahmood MP, the Rt. Hon. Steven Reed MP, the Rt. Hon. Patrick McFadden MP, the Rt. Hon. Elizabeth Kendall MP and the Rt. Hon. Douglas Alexander MP.

Mr. James Murray MP, Ms. Emma Reynolds MP and Ms. Anna Turley MP were sworn in or made affirmation as members of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

The King declared in Council the Rt. Hon. Sir Alan Campbell MP Lord President of the Council, who took the Oath of Office and kissed hands on his appointment.

The following took the Oath of Office or made affirmation, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office: the Rt. Hon. David Lammy MP (as Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice), the Rt. Hon. Yvette Cooper MP (as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs), the Rt. Hon. Shabana Mahmood MP (as Secretary of State for the Home Department), the Rt. Hon. Steven Reed MP (as Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), the Rt. Hon. Patrick McFadden MP (as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions), the Rt. Hon. Elizabeth Kendall MP (as Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology), the Rt. Hon. Emma Reynolds MP (as Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) and the Rt. Hon. Douglas Alexander MP (as Secretary of State for Scotland).

Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council..

After the Council the Rt. Hon. Darren Jones MP had an audience of The King and took the Oath of Office, kissed hands on appointment and received the Seals of Office as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.

Mr. Manfred Goldberg was received by The King later when His Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

The Hon. Peter Malinauskas MP (Premier of South Australia) was received by The King this evening.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, this afternoon met representatives from the Jac Lewis Foundation at Principality Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Mrs. Morfudd Meredith).

His Royal Highness, President, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, later visited Bad Wolf Studios, Glass Avenue, Cardiff.

St. James's Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh, Royal Honorary Colonel, The Royal Wessex Yeomanry, this morning attended the Regiment's Annual Training at Allenby Barracks, Bovington and Lulworth Camp, Dorset.

His Royal Highness this evening visited Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Millbrook, Guildford, to mark its Sixtieth Anniversary and was received by Mrs. Mary Creswell (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey).

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, the Scar Free Foundation, this morning held a Meeting for representatives of the Scar Free Foundation and Swansea-Panzi Alliance for the Reconstruction and Care of Victims of Conflict-Related Sexual Violence.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon held a Meeting for representatives of Gender Action for Peace and Security and Women, Peace and Security.

St. James's Palace

The Princess Royal this afternoon held an Investiture at Hillsborough Castle.

Her Royal Highness afterwards attended a Garden Party at Hillsborough Castle.

The Princess Royal, Past Master, the Worshipful Company of Carmen, was represented by Captain Sir Nicholas Wright RN (Extra Equerry to Her Royal Highness) at the Memorial Service for Mr. Clive Birch (Senior Past Master) which was held at the Guild Church of St. Dunstan's-in-the-West, 186 Fleet Street, London EC4, this morning.

The Duchess of Edinburgh this morning arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from Canada.

Mr. Tom Robinson and Captain Jacob Markham were in attendance.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Restorative Justice Council, this morning launched Lancashire Constabulary's Victim Care Team and attended a Conference at Lancashire Constabulary Police Headquarters, Saunders' Lane, Hutton, Preston, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire (Mrs. Amanda Parker).

Her Royal Highness, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, this afternoon visited Pincroft Military Textile Factory, Adlington, Chorley, Lancashire.

The Princess Royal later attended a Reception to mark the One Hundred and Seventy Fifth Anniversary of Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, Hill Dickinson Stadium, Bramley-Moore Dock, Liverpool, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside (Mr. Mark Blundell).

Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Tideway Reception at Bazalgette Embankment, London EC4, and was received by Colonel Simon Duckworth (a Lieutenant of the City of London).

The Duke of Gloucester, Chancellor, University of Worcester, this morning visited The Duke's Building, Severn Campus, Hylton Road, Worcester, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire (Mrs. Beatrice Grant).

His Royal Highness, Chancellor, University of Worcester, this afternoon attended the Graduation Awards Ceremony for the School of Health and Wellbeing in Worcester Cathedral, followed by a Post Graduation Reception at the University Arena, Severn Campus.
