Afternoon - The Emir of the State of Qatar and Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned fly in to Heathrow Airport.
Tuesday 26 October
Morning – Official welcome ceremony in Windsor. Carriage procession to Windsor Castle.
The Processional Route is as follows:
Datchet Road
Thames Street
High Street
Park Street
Cambridge Gate
George IV Gateway
Quadrangle of Windsor Castle
Afternoon - a display of presents between The Queen and The Emir is viewed in the Crimson Drawing Room.
The party then move to the Green Drawing Room to view an exhibition of Qatari items from the Royal Collection.
The Emir of the State of Qatar and Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned visit the Palace of Westminster and Number 10 Downing Street. Call at Windsor Castle by the Leader of the Opposition.
Evening - State Banquet in St. George’s Hall, Windsor Castle.
Wednesday 27 October
The Emir of the State of Qatar and Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned visit Westminster Abbey; meet The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall at Clarence House; visit the Olympic Park site; His Highness meets the Leader of the Liberal Democrats and British Industry Leaders at Buckingham Palace; Their Highnesses attend a reception and banquet at Guildhall.
Thursday 28 October
Morning - Official farewells at Windsor Castle. Visit to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
