The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall celebrate Clapham Old Town

To celebrate the reopening of local high streets post lockdown and in recognition of its value to the local community, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall today visited Clapham Old Town.

The first stop was Trinity London restaurant, who are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, of which His Royal Highness is Patron. Trinity London's chef Adam Byatt studied at the Academy as an apprentice.

Further stops along the road included the Omnibus Theatre, Birksen Florist, Prince of Wales pub, Rex & Wolfe pet supplies and a traditional barber shop. 

Their Royal Highnesses concluded their visit at Clapham Fire Station, where they spoke to firefighters and thanked them for their service.
