Today The Duchess of Cornwall attended London Fashion Week to presented the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Design, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen.

The second QEII Award for British Design 2019 recipient is Bethany Williams.

Sustainability and social change is at the heart of Bethany’s business ethos.

The QEII Award for British Design was designed by Angela Kelly – the Queen’s Senior Dresser. The inaugural award was announced and presented to Richard Quinn in February 2018, when HM The Queen made a surprise visit to London Fashion Week.

The Award was inspired by the Queen Elizabeth rose, and was hand-produced by Lucy Price at Bauhinia Studios and in Birmingham's famous jewellery quarter.

She brings ideas and people together and puts change for the good at the heart of her business. So I’m delighted to announce the winner is Bethany Williams.

The Duchess of Cornwall said a few words as she presented the awards to Bethany Williams.

Later Her Royal Highness, joined a reception meeting guests at London Fashion Week.
